Start the quest by talking to Gruve in Zora's Domain. You can find him at the west side of the floor below the throne room.

Dive Down the Waterfall

Gruve locationEnlarge
Talk to Gruve		 Talk to Gruve, who will ask Link to dive down the waterfall in front of him.
2 Dive down the waterfall Dive down the waterfall by simply pressing X to jump just before you get off the ledge.

Swim Up the Waterfall

Swimming upwardEnlarge
Swim up the waterfall		 You now need to swim back up the waterfall. This is only possible with the Zora Armor equipped.

Press A at the base of the waterfall to swim back up.

Return to Gruve

Gruve locationEnlarge
Talk to Gruve Again		 Talk to Gruve after landing to receive your reward and complete the quest.

Completing this quest and speaking to Gruve will award you with 5 Fleet-Lotus Seeds.

Everyone knows a feet first dive isn't all beautiful, so dive in headfirst.
1st Update You performed a beautiful dive, and Gruve was most pleased, but now he wants to see you climb the waterfall.
2nd Update You climbed the waterfall as requested, and Gruve was simply blown away.
Pay Gruve a visit to hear his final assessment.
Quest Clear Your diving and waterfall climbing was so beautiful you made Gruve's very soul flutter with a mighty vigor.
