Objectives

Objectives
1 Defeating Moblins.jpg
Split up and defeat the four Moblins marked on your map.
2 Defeat the Electric Lynel near Vah Naboris before hopping on aboard.
3 Defeat Thunderblight Ganon.
4 Defeat both Elemental Hinoxes marked on your map to open the path to the updrafts.
5 Head north and defeat the White-Maned Lynel. Go up the hill and ride the updraft to board Vah Medoh.
6 Defeat Windblight Ganon.
7 Destroying outposts.jpg
Pilot Medoh and destroy all 44 outposts in the area. Windblight Ganon will reappear to slow down your progress.
Focus on destroying outposts while defending against the attacks.
8 Ending Windblight Ganon.jpg
After destroying the outposts, finish off Windblight Ganon to end the battle.

Air and Lightning Tips and Strategies

Guard Against Enemy Fire

Guard against attacks.jpg

Your main objective while piloting Vah Medoh is to destroy all outposts in the map within the time limit. Although the outposts are the top priority, don't forget to guard against enemy attacks especially when Windblight Ganon appears.

Defend from projectiles by holding the L button and shoot down the attacking enemies before returning to the outposts.

How to Beat Thunderblight Ganon

Perfect Dodge the Spin Attacks

Perform Flurry Rushes.jpg

After a series of dashes, Thunderblight Ganon will either shoot electric orbs at you or perform multiple spin attacks. Thunderblight will attack from a distance either way but when he performs a spin attack, aim for a perfect dodge and flurry rush the malice out of it.

Follow Rune Prompts

As always, follow the rune prompts to interrupt Thunderblight Ganon's strongest attacks and take away portions of its weak-point gauge.

Dealing With Duplicates

When Thunderblight creates duplicates of itself, focus on dodging while spamming Remote Bombs. You'll have a long iframe while using this rune and it can also damage all three Thunderblights each use.

How to Beat Windblight Ganon

Flanking

Flanking.jpg

If Windblight Ganon is far from your reach, avoid charging straight to it and run sidewards to avoid its long-ranged attacks. Wait until it stops attacking and expose its weak-point gauge before dashing in.

Stay Close to It

Stay close.jpg

Most of Windblight's attacks are long-ranged but if you're close enough, you can perfect dodge them and perform Flurry Rushes.

Back Away from the Bullet Rain

Look out for a large white marker on the ground while fighting Windblight Ganon and back away from it. This attack covers a large area around Windblight so run outside the circle as soon as it appears.

Follow Rune Prompts

Of course, remember to use the rune that corresponds the rune prompt to interrupt some of its attacks and avoid getting wrecked.

Icon How to Use
Name Button Show Names
This button reveals the Name of every icon currently shown.
Show Pins Button Show Pins
This button will toggle between showing and hiding all the pins that you have already marked as acquired.
Full Button Fullscreen
This button will change the map display to fill the screen.
Search Button Search Mode Toggle
This button will display a search bar which you can use to search for an individual pin by its name.
Icon Mode Button Icon Mode Toggle
In Search Mode, this button will toggle you back to Icon Mode, removing the search bar and displaying the icons again.
All Pins Button All Pins
This button is shown along with the Icons on the right when there are over 6 types of pins. Click it for a full selection of all available pin types.
Interactive Map Counter Counter
Tracks the number of pins you have of a certain type. The pin type shown is set to the page and currently cannot be changed; however, all pin type counters can be viewed by clicking the checklist icon on the right side.

This icon is found on the right side of the Counter. When a map has more than one pin type, click this icon to see Counters for all pin types.
