The Lucky Ladle is obtained when you pre-order Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity via the Nintendo eShop. There is no news if Nintendo will release the Lucky Ladle for physical pre-orders at a later date, but for now, this is the only known way to obtain it.

The Lucky Ladle will be automatically received after the first quest, The Battle of Hyrule Field.
If you finished the demo and transferred your saved file to the full game, you will receive it immediately upon starting!
Pre-Order Guide and All Pre-Order Bonuses

The Lucky Ladle provides a Fusion Material EXP +250% Bonus when you use it as a fusion material. A Level 1 weapon can jump to Level 4 immediately!
However, bear in mind that the Lucky Ladle can only be obtained once per saved file! Make sure you are making the right choice of weapon when using it.
If you like the way it looks, the Lucky Ladle can be powered up and used in battles. However, it is not as powerful as other weapons.
The main purpose of the Lucky Ladle is to give players an early game weapon EXP boost so use it on stronger weapons, so we recommend foddering it off, unless you just really enjoy the way it looks, and its exclusitivity.
