How Many Korok Seeds Are in Age of Imprisonment?

101 Korok Seeds

You can find 56 Koroks in main story battles, 33 Korok Seeds as rewards from Challenges, and 12 Korok Seeds as rewards from Calamo's Aside Quests, making the total count 101 Korok Seeds in the entire game.

These Korok Seeds can then be spent on certain quests that become available in the mid- to late-game.

How to Get Korok Seeds

Find Hidden Koroks

You can get Korok Seeds by finding Koroks hiding in certain maps. You may need to either attack or interact with their hiding spot in order to reveal the hidden Korok.

Common Korok Hiding Spots

Flower	Pinwheel	Glowing Spot
Balloon	Tree Stump	Unmarked Crate

Koroks often hide in objects that appear suspicious or slightly out of place. You can be sure it's a Korok if approaching it causes a ??? button prompt to appear.

However, Koroks may also hide in items that need to be destroyed by an attack such as balloons or crates. Try to destroy anything that looks destructible whenever you go through missions for a chance to find Koroks or items.

Complete Challenges Near Korok Forest

Many challenge missions found near the Korok Forest area of Central Hyrule reward you with Korok Seeds as first-time clear rewards. Most of these challenges are only available late in the game, however.

Complete Calamo's Aside Quests

A total of 12 Korok Seeds can be obtained by completing Calamo's Aside Quests. Not all quests will be available immediately. You'll need to clear a set of his Aside Quests before a new set from him appears.

Where to Use Korok Seeds

Used for Quests to Expand Inventory

Korok Seeds are required for quests that can expand various inventory slots. These are the quests that make use of them:

Korok Seed	This small seed was given by a Korok. It has a distinct smell. Gather a bunch of them and they might just come in handy.

Korok Seeds are rewards you get by finding hidden Koroks during missions. You will not be able to use these yet early in the game when you can first start to collect them. However, they should be useful later on once quests that require them start popping up.
