How to Use GameShare
Start GameChat and Open Two-Player In-Game
| 1 |  Leave the game open by pressing the Home key on the right Joycon 2 and then open up the GameChat app. Before continuing, make sure you have added your friend so they appear in the list! |

| 2 |  Select the Create Chat option then pick one of your friends in your friends list to start a GameChat lobby. Wait for them to accept and when they do, Don't leave the chat and keep it running! You can modify your settings such as microphone settings before starting a session. Press B to Close the Menu and return to the game. |
| 3 |  Select the Two-Player Mode from the map by pressing your Left Joystick. You will be given several options for two-player co-op, but select the GameShare (GameChat) option. |
| 4 |  Choose the player in the GameChat session you want to play co-op with and confirm. Wait for the connection to finish and your co-op session with you as the host will begin. |
| 5 |  You and your co-op partner should now be playing the game together! Note that you can also cancel hosting by leaving GameChat once your session is complete. |
※ Remote Co-Op Hosting will rely on your internet connection, so make sure your network is stable!
How to Join GameShare
Start GameChat and Accept Lobby to Start Co-Op
| 1 |  Wait for the hosting friend to set-up the GameChat lobby. When the host sends an invite, accept it to get in the lobby. just added the Alternatively, you can join an active GameChat lobby just by pressing the Chat List button and looking for an active friend to join with. |

| 2 |  Wait for the host to send you an invite. Accept the invite and you will be able to play with your friend in two-player coop! Note: You don't need to have a game copy to start the co-op session, just accept the invite and you'll be in! |

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment has a GameShare feature. Thanks to this, players who have Switch 1 can experience the game's multiplayer feature by joining the GameShare sessions initiated by Switch 2 players or allow 2-player co-op in-game remotely.
Is Age of Imprisonment Coming to Switch 1?
GameShare Limitations
A GameShare session can only begin when a Nintendo Switch 2 user starts one. Players joining through GameShare can only play while the session is active. Note that once it ends, the shared game will no longer be playable.
