1
Set up the camp and interact with it by pressing the Y Button, you will see several of your materials to be supplied to the camp. Select 5 to gain and look at the stats gained on the lower right.
2
Confirm the materials to be consumed for the Camp Effects. DIfferent materials will boost certain stats differently so choose wisely!

Once final, your combat boosts will be visible and these cannot be changed once confirmed. Note as well that having duplicate outposts does not increase the effects of the boosts and is effective on the current battle scenario.

You are able to obtain Combat Bonuses when you setup your camps and provide materials and supplies to gain stage-permanent boosts to your EXP Gain, Energy Recharge and Movement Speed!

This feature is unlocked after doing Chapter 2: Raging Sands, in the middle of the combat scenario you will be progressing through, so its hard to miss!
