Some post-game features are unlocked after finishing all story battles in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment. Read on for a post-game guide listing all unlocked post-game content and a checklist of what you can do after beating the game.

A new type of Challenge becomes available once you beat the main story. Vicious Battles are challenges where you have to face against a strong, vicious enemy.
It's recommended for your characters to be at least level 70 before taking on these tough Challenges.

Lenalia's Sketches, a new quest type, becomes available after completing the story. To complete these quests, you must 100% each region, which means you must complete all quests and challenges found within them.
Region completion progress can be viewed on the upper right portion of the Hyrule map if you hover over a region. This is illustrated by a turquoise bar and icons of people.

You unlock the ability to change outfits for certain characters once you've beaten the game. These are mostly minor cosmetic differences such as being able to remove the masks of the Sages, but for Zelda, you can choose to swap between her initial modern-day outfit and her Zonai one.

Most Challenges are not required in order to beat the main story. Challenges are the optional battles that you can fight in to obtain materials.
Some Challenges unlock new characters, so it's recommended to prioritize these Scouting Challenges if you want to complete your character roster.
There are also Challenges that unlock new areas, allowing you to complete quests once the affected area has been liberated.

Aside quests can mostly be completed while in battles. Each character has sets of aside quests that you can fulfill. Once you've completed them, you can unlock bonus conversations for the respective character.

Give materials to those in need in order to fulfill quests. Completing quests allow you to unlock new features in the game and also contribute to completing region progress.

Each story battle contains Koroks for you to find. Koroks give a Korok Seed upon being discovered, which can be used to increase inventory space when exchanged in certain quests.
You can see how many Koroks are available on the map information screen of each battle if you complete the Dancing in the Rain quest.

Nearly all main story battles contain treasure chests with fixed items inside them—mostly Zonaite Steel with seals and various materials. Chests disappear once you've opened them, and they do not respawn if you revisit the battle.
However, if you haven't opened them yet, they will remain in the battle for you to stumble upon in future replays of the level.
