Take Advantage of Camp EXP Bonuses
Use the materials picked up during runs in Camps in order for characters to gain up to +30% EXP Bonus. Having this camp effect maxed out at all times would allow players to take on less battles to get to a certain level compared to not having the effects present at all.

We recommend the following items to be used as camp supplies for an EXP Bonus as they provide a significant amount of EXP Boost to the characters benefitting them.
List of All Materials
Use Tabantha's Training Camp Service
You can also level up instantly with Tabantha's Training Camp, unlocked in Chapter 3: Shadows in the Snow. This allows you to level up your characters at the cost of Rupees.
Match All Characters with the Highest Level Character Available
Tabantha's Training Camp allows you to upgrade your characters to match the highest level character you have at the cost of Rupees, instantly leveling them up. Be wary of this when upgrading though, as this may cost high fees dependent on the level difference of the characters.
Complete Battle (Story) Missions
The Main Battle Missions provide a significant amount of EXP when completed, so make sure to finish them so you can level up quickly!
Do note though that you can do other Quests aside from the Main Story should you feel the need to complete them. This is highly recommended to unlock all upgrades before proceeding to the main Battle Missions.

Complete Challenge Missions to get EXP and level up your characters. Make sure to find the Challenge stages that are near your current level as they will give higher EXP rewards!

What Does Leveling Up Do?
Increases your Stats In-Game
Leveling up allows you to upgrade your stats and be stronger in-game. Several quests in-game have recommended levels that is basically a tell that you should level up your characters apprpriately so they have the firepower necessary to finish it.
Weapons Must be Leveled Separately
Weapons require a different method of leveling that will increase their stats, finish Chapter 1: Where Ancient Wisdom Sleeps to unlock the Weapons Research Base and upgrade your weapons there.
