    Lago is specially underrated, he is the only character that can figth using only strong attacks wich means that he can stack strong seals an get the most benefit than any other character, also his strong combo is both fast and strong so its safe to dodge at any time. He melts any common enemy and most bosses and recharges especials very fasr, he isn't the best character because in this game exist the elemental ones, but he is clearly one of the bests when he have thunder buff.

    Tier list after 56+ hours nearing 100% completion: Lago and Pastos were surprisingly versatile in their own rights, especially Pastos’ C4 for wiping crowds and weak-point gauges (when open), as well as C5 for dealing absurd weak-point gauge damage (with strong-attack DMG seal build). Lago, while lacking in range, makes up for it in speed with C2 and C3, with a decent C4 for DPS and strong but lengthy C5 that deals weak-point gauge damage.

    I think it's worth noting that Mineru's Freeze + Time Bomb combo is pretty free. Just C2 then C3 to clear weak point gauges. It does take some dexterity to pull off but it frees her up for Unique skills, especially since her Infinite Zonai Battery isn't really useful. I'd have bumped her up a tier. Also Calamo has an extremely useful C1, generating a gust of wind for free on command is so useful for elemental upgrades.
