I’m at the same point and I can’t find any. It’s really getting me upset

it kinda sucks for me because im almost at 100% but i cant do any of the quests that need fairies because i cant get them from any mission and i also used them like crazy to make fairy tonics. i dont think i can get them from these missions because ive tried before but i didnt get any.
