You can equip Modifiers to further modify your Active Skills. Each Skill will have a unique set of Modifiers. Modifiers can be ranked up by consuming their capacity in your Masteries menu.
How to Get Stomp
Invest Points in Warfare Mastery
Stomp is a Tier II skill unlocked by choosing the Warfare Mastery during the Prologue. You would need to invest 6 Divinity Points to unlock the second tier of skills in the Warfare Mastery skill tree.
