Avoid the Ranged Wind Attacks

Appollonia's deadliest moves are their three wind attacks, a cyclone smash that is telegraphed to the player with a green field, a wind blast that activates when you make distance and a wide wind attack that can be dodged by bobbing up and down.

These attacks will not only put you at critical health, they will slow your move speed and attack speed. Whenever Appollonia does a wind attack, keep your barrier up and save some dodges.

Land Flank or Backside Attacks

Since Appollonia’s moves are generally slow and she tends to lock onto her target before striking, you can easily run or dodge around to her back and flanks to deal damage. Her most dangerous ability is her ranged attack, so staying close is generally safe. You can also use your barrier to absorb any melee hits, letting you maintain offensive pressure.

Moves Details and Tips
Claw Lunge		 Appollonia lunges her claws toward your direction, stoping at a medium range. Run or dodge horizontally from her attack to avoid it.
Aerial Leap		 Appollonia marks an AoE that follows you, then leaps to that location. Time your dodge at the last second before she lands her attack to evade it properly.
Single Wind Attack		 Appllonia launches a gust of wind toward your way. Use your dodge to dash horizontally from the gust's trajectory in order to avoid it.
Triple Wind Attack		 Appollonia launches three wind blasts toward you twice in a row. Keep your distance and run through the gaps as the attack spreads out. Running in a diagonal direction through the wind gaps with your barrier on is also also an option, if you've run out of dodges.
