Early Access Roadmap
THQ Nordic has released their first roadmap for Titan Quest 2, noting that the first major content update is slated to release within 3 months. This will include the Character Creation function, alongside a new Chapter and Mastery.
Hotfix 0.1.1 Patch Notes
Titan Quest 2 received a hotfix that addressed several bugs in-game last August 8, 2025. These bug fixes are aimed at game crashes, as well as minor gameplay, visual, and UI improvements.
Full Release Date and What to Expect
THQ Nordic have shared that they are aiming to have the full game out by the end of 2026, but this may fluctuate depending on their update frequency. Major updates for Titan Quest 2 are slated to come out every 3 months, as per the latest Roadmap update. There is no official date for the Full Release yet, so stay tuned!

Titan Quest 2's Early Access went live last August 1, 2025! Players can now purchase a copy of the game to play through an early build, and provide feedback to the developers.

| Is Multiplayer and Co-op Available? | Multiplayer and co-op functions are available, but in an unstable capacity. However, the developers have confirmed that polished co-op will be added to the game's full release. |
| Is It Available on Game Pass? | Titan Quest 2's Early Access is currently unavailable through Game Pass. There is also currently no confirmation if the Full Release will be available on Game Pass either. |
| Is It Available for Switch 2? | There are no known plans for Titan Quest 2 to become available on the Switch 2, both for its Early Access and its Full Release. |
| Is It Steam Deck Compatible? | You may play Titan Quest 2 on the Steam Deck, but the game itself is not officially supported. There may be issues that arise during Steam Deck Gameplay. |
