The Town on the Hill automatically activates after completing On A Strange Shore and entering Proti Village.

The Town on the Hill Objectives
1. Find a Path to Glaukos’s Temple
2. Defeat the Ichthian Brute
3. Speak to Lochagos Rizon

1. Find a Path to Glaukos’s Temple

Titan Quest 2 - Find a Path to Glauko’s Temple

Arriving at Pyrgos Village, you discover the local militia has restricted access to the Flooded Farmlands. Speak with Lochagos Rizon and prove your worth to gain entry.

2. Defeat the Ichthian Brute (Level 9)

Titan Quest 2 - Defeat the Bruite Ichthian
Find the Ichthian Brute. From Lochagos Rizon's location, head west on the map to an enclosed area and defeat the Brute. It's a fairly straightforward fight, with the enemy at level 9; dodge its hits and attack its back.

3. Speak to Lochagos Rizon

Titan Quest 2 - Speak to Lochagos Rizon
After defeating the Ichthian Brute, go back to Lochagos Rizon, and he will welcome you to the Militia. You will receive news that Glaukos’ Temple is under attack, go drive the Ichthians out.
