Graveyard Tomb - Flooded Farmlands
Aristomenes is located on the far end of the Flooded Farmlands, within a graveyard northeast of The Enclave. You may unlock this boss fight by progressing through the Burial Rites World Quest which is needed to access the graveyard.

Avoid the Massive Spin Attack and Lava Burst
Aristomenes has one massive spin attack that will deal significant damage to you if it hits, usually followed by a lava burst AoE which deals Fire Damage and can apply Burning. These can easily be avoided by using your dodge to slip through the attacks or tanking the spin attack with a barrier, then saving your dodge for the lava burst AoE.
Balance Skeleton Crowd Control
During the fight, hordes of Skeleton Archers and Warriors will continually rise from the dead to attack you. They will keep respawning as their numbers dwindle, so it’s best to balance between thinning them out and focusing on Aristomenes.
AoE attacks work especially well here, letting you damage both the boss and the adds at the same time. Aim to eliminate a sizeable portion of the Skeletons before returning your attention to Aristomenes, and only switch back to clearing them if their numbers become overwhelming.
Increase Fire Resistance
Aristomenes can inflict Fire Damage with his lava burst attack, which has a chance to apply the Burning ailment. To mitigate this, equip gear with good Fire or Thermal Resistance, giving yourself a buffer in case you’re caught in the AoE.

| Close Stomp |
Aristomenes will get close to you and deal a close-ranged stomp AoE. You can easily evade this by dodging away from the attack's radius. |
| Spin Attack |
Aristomenes does a spin attack encompassing a wide radius. Either use your barrier to tank the damage or dodge away in time and to avoid getting hit. |
| Lava Burst |
Aristomenes summons a lava vent from below you, dealing fire damage and a chance to inflict Burning when hit. This usually comes after his Spin Attack, so prepare for the lava AoE and use your dodge on time. |

Aristomenes is a Level 14 boss and while not particularly strong, can still deal good damage to underleveled players. We advise you to tackle this optional boss when you are at least Level 16 to make the fight easier.
