You can get more Divinity Points in Titan Quest 2 by going through the Main Story and by levelling up. See more details about how to get more Divinity Points, as well as an explanation for them in this guide!

There are two ways to gain Divinity Points in Titan Quest 2's Early Access. The first and best way to do so is to progress through the Main Story, as this will provide you with chunks of Divinity Points for completing these quests.
In the Early Access, it is possible to hit Level 21 and unlock up to Tier 3 of both Masteries by completing the Main Story Quests.
Story Walkthrough and List of Acts

The other method of gaining Divinity Points is by levelling up, as you are awarded a Divinity Point for doing so. The gain here is notably less than what you get from defeating bosses, but can be passively obtained just by playing.
Leveling Guide: How to Reach Max Level

Divinity Points are used to empower your Masteries, allowing you to unlock the higher tiers of Skills that are initially greyed-out. Each tier of Skills will cost a set amount of Divinity Points to unlock.
List of All Classes (Masteries)

Note that your Divinity Points are shared across Masteries, meaning that you will have to pick which Mastery to spend your points on every time you get some.
You can still preview the greyed-out Skills and their effects, so work towards boosting the Mastery that has the skills you need for your current build.
