Titan Quest 2 Controller Support

Full Controller Support

Full Controller Support is available on Titan Quest 2. Players can use their Xbox controllers and comfortably play the game.

As for other controllers, you might have to turn them on via Steam Input as mentioned by the developers in the Steam forums.

Xbox Full Controller Support
The Xbox controller is fully compatible with Titan Quest 2. It is highly optimized to play the game as soon as you connect it while playing.

Playstation Controllers

Playstation Controllers

Playstation Controllers, DS4 and DS5 will require them to be configured via Steam Input to use them for Titan Quest 2. Some controls will require a keyboard if not mapped through this feature.

Do note that the game will still detect your controller, but the buttons displayed will show Xbox's button mapping rather than that of Playstation's controller buttons.

As Playstation Controllers are not fully optimized for Titan Quest 2, you will need to adjust the button mapping via Steam Input.

Steam Deck

Players can also use their Steam Deck consoles to play Titan Quest 2. Do note that it is not fully optimized, so you will have to adjust some settings to play comfortably.
