The quest will automatically appear on your quest list upon walking past the Militia fending off an Ichthian attack. They are located at the Southern Flooded Farmlands, a short way east from the Lookout's Vantage Waypoint.

1. Help the Militia

Titan Quest 2 Smoke Over Pyrgos Help the Militia

After meeting the militia group in the Southern Flooded Farmlands, defeat the Ichthians attacking them. Once the area is clear, Nireus, the militia leader, will ask for your help in leading a charge against the Ichthians and destroying their smoke signal atop the hill.

2. Claim the Hill

Enter the base and make your way up the hill, defeating the level 10 Ichthian forces and Crabs along the path. At the top, you’ll encounter a level 10 Ichthian Feasts-on-Bones, a level 10 Elite boss with slow but powerful swings and devastating AoE attacks. Dodge carefully and work with the militia members to bring the enemy down.

3. Disable the Smoke Signal

Destroy the smoke signal on top of the hill by attacking it. Upon doing so, more Ichthian forces will appear as you run down the hill. Defeat them all to finally end the assault, then talk to Nireus to hear his next task.

4. Report to Pentekonter Chryse

Titan Quest 2 Report to Pentekonter Chryse

Return to Pyrgos Village via its Rebirth Waypoint, and take the elevator down to the Flooded Farmlands. Meet Chryse by the entrance and report the incident to her to complete the quest!
