Approach the Maid in Whispering Falls

Titan Quest 2 The Naiad and the Goats How to Unlock

Approach and speak to the Naiad located in the Whispering Falls, at the Southern Flooded Farmlands to initiate the quest. She will turn you into a goat first, though as long as you have Moly in your posession, you may revert back to your human form and continue the quest.

Collect Moly Root

Titan Quest 2 The Naiad and the Goats Moly Root Location

In order to begin the quest proper, collect a Moly Root first from the Forlorn Garden found northwest from the Southern Farmlands Waypoint. This will allow you to return to the Naiad and speak with her once more, using the Moly Root to turn back into a human and officially start the quest.

Titan Quest 2 The Naiad and the Goats Use the Moly Root and Talk to the Maid

Consume the Moly Root in your inventory and speak with the Naiad once more. She will reveal that the goats surrounding her are mortals she cursed due to a deep betrayal. Agree to find and return her Sacred Lily in order to lift the curse.

2. Find and Return the Sacred Lily

Find the Sacred Lily inside a mercenary camp northwest from where you met the Naiad. Continue deeper into the camp, where you'll come across a Chest on its western edge. Open it to retrieve the Sacred Lily and return to the Naiad's location.

Handing over the Sacred Lily to Pamisa will return the goats around her back to normal, thus ending the curse. This will also promptly end the quest and grant your rewards!
