Speak to Zita, found northeast of Pyrgos, adjacent to the elevator leading down to the Flooded Farmlands. She'll talk about an Ichthian ambush and ask you to check on a man named Kaenas at the beach, located northwest from her current location.

1. Find Kaenas and Join Him in Battle

Titan Quest 2 Kaenas Location

Head to the Secluded Beach at the western edge of Northern Flooded Farmlands, northwest from The Enclave. There, you'll find a spirit named Kaenas surrounded by Crabs. Help him defeat them, and fend off the ensuing waves of Ichthian forces on the beach.

The last foe you'll face at the end of the enemy waves is a level 14 Ichthian Exalted Alchemist, capable of dealing Poison damage, so be sure you're prepared! Once defeated, talk to Kaenas and agree to help retrieve his family sword.

2. Find Kaenas' Sword

Climb the cragged rock northwest of the beach and continue walking down the path. You'll find a level 16 Ichthian Teeth-Like-Stone posted by the bridge who will be in possession of Kaenas' Sword. Defeat it and collect the sword it drops.

3. Return the Sword to Kaenas

Titan Quest 2 Return the Sword to Kaenas

Return to Kaenas at the beach and present his family's sword to him. After doing so, he'll entrust the weapon under your care, thus concluding the quest and rewarding you a Unique Sword!
