Call Lightning
|
・Call down lightning at target location dealing 21 Lightning Damage in a 1.5m radius. |
Ice Shards
|
・Fire 5 ice shards in a cone dealing 6-10 Cold Damage each. Additional hits against the same enemy deals 80% less Damage. ・On use gain Overwhelm while you have an Overwhelm skill equipped. |
Lightning Bolt
|
・Throw a bolt of lightning that deals 15 Lightning Damage. ・Infinite Penetration. ・Always fires 1 Projectile. Additional Projectiles instead split off on the first hit. Additional Projectiles deal 60% less Damage. ・On use gain Overwhelm while you have an Overwhelm skill equipped. |
Ice Nova

・Deal 15 Cold Damage in a 4.0m radius around you. ・25% chance to Freeze for 1.0s. |
Storm Nimbus

・Emit an Aura with a 18m radius. ・Aura grants you and allies 20% increased Cold Damage. ・Aura grants you and allies 20% increased Lightning Damage. |
Blink
|
・Instantly teleport to target location. ・While this ability is on cooldown, you can reactivate it once to teleport back to the start location. |
Cyclone
|
・Creates a Cyclone that deals 4 Cold Damage at target location in a 7.0m radius for 10s. Consumes 8 Energy per second while active. ・Deals 5% more Damage per Amplify. ・Cyclone gains Amplify whenever you use a Fire, Cold or Lightning skill (max 10 stacks). ・When Cyclone ends or is recast it loses all Amplify stacks. |

Stormblade is the mastery combination of Storm and Rogue. This class mainly excels at locking down enemies and then singling out one target after another.

Tempest is a mastery combination of Warfare and Storm, having crowd-control abilities and sturdiness. Your character can both poke from afar with multiple skills and charge in to groups of enemies.

Elementalists make use of both Storm and Earth to control the field. Characters of this class have a large pool of crowd-control AoE abilities.
The Storm mastery has a good amount utility for energy regeneration while also specializing on Cold and Lightning damage to proc effects such as Chill, Shock, Freeze, and Overwhelm. Pick this class if you want to cast spells from a far while triggering various crowd-control effects to manipulate the battlefield.
Since the Storm mastery has excellent Energy regeneration, they can pair well with the Warfare to offset the constant energy drain with the Whirlwind modifier for Sweeping Strike.
