One of the first support units you may encounter early in the game (and even use in your own team). She's capable of boosting the ATK of her allies and granting them shields to protect them from damage. The downside of this, however, is that she needs proper gear to be able to give good buffs. Proper gear that would be better off going to a team's main attacker instead.

As an enemy, however, Olivia has none of these problems, so it'll be tough to counter her without the ability to dispel or steal her buffs.

• Strong ATK buffs for allies based on her own ATK and DEF.
• Provides CRIT buff to her team's main attacker and grants Shields to all her allies.
• Has her own DEF and Max HP buffs that cannot be dispelled. 		• The ATK buffs she gives to her allies can be stolen or dispelled.
• Needs to be geared properly in order to have decent enough ATK and DEF (to give proper buffs to her allies).
• Not suitable to act as an attacker on her own.

The amounts all targets’ DEF increase by become equal to 30% of Olivia’s DEF. The amounts all targets’ ATK increase by become equal to 30% of Olivia’s ATK.

Deals 4 physical attacks equal to 350% of Olivia's ATK to enemies at random. Also grants all allies ［Shield］equal to 40% of this skill’s total damage.
Level 2 (Unlocks by level 21)
The physical attacks’ damage becomes equal to 390% of her ATK.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 101)
Additionally, if a target is defeated by this skill, increases the critical hit damage of the ally with the highest ATK by 30% for 2 turns.
Level 4 (Unlocks by level 181)
The number of physical attacks becomes 5.

If an enemy deals a critical hit to Olivia, this skill decreases that enemy’s ATK by 15% for 1 turn.
Level 2 (Unlocks by level 141)
The amount a target’s ATK decreases by becomes 25%.
Level 3 (Unlocks by level 221)
The amount a target’s ATK decreases by becomes 40%.

As long as she is geared properly, Olivia is a good support character capable of providing both buffs to her allies and debuffs to enemies. Based on how much ATK and DEF she has, she'll be able to boost her own allies' ATK and DEF.

While players will see that Olivia will need better gear to give effective buffs (better gear that should go to worthier units instead), enemy Olivias in the PvE Main Quest won't have this problem. Thankfully, the buffs she gives to allies can still be dispelled and/or stolen by units like Nina, Merlyn, and others.

Olivia's main weakness is that her ATK and DEF buffs can be stolen and used against her. So units like Nina and, to a lesser extent, Tropon can be used whenever facing off against a team with Olivia in it.

Nina is the more effective of the two because of not only her buff stealing ability, but also because of her Soul type advantage versus Olivia.

Dispellers like Merlyn, Gil'uial, and others would also be useful against Olivia because they can stop her allies from benefitting from the buffs she gives to them.

Made up mostly of Emerald Soul characters, this team has Nina (and to a lesser extent, Merlyn) stealing Olivia's buffs while Cordie and Fia deal the most damage to her team. Dian and Merlyn provide EVD and CRIT buffs respectively.

This team is another majority Emerald soul witch team, with Nina and Lea being the main damage dealers. Nina also pulls double-duty as the buff stealer/dispeller while Carol also dispels Olivia's buffs. Merlyn and Dian again provide CRIT and EVD support.

Witches Not To Use Against Olivia

Any attacker without a debuff cleanser.

Olivia's final Passive Skill debuffs the ATK of any enemy that deals a Critical Hit to her, so she will end up blunting your main attacker's damage unless you take her out in one hit.

Tips for Beating Olivia

Inflict Faint or Some Other Movement-Hindering Debuff on Her

If you don't have a buff dispeller or someone who can steal buffs, you can try stunning Olivia instead and focus your attack on her allies.
