You can buy Goat Butter from item shops (Lurelin's item shop doesn't sell these) while Hearty Blueshell Snails are found at the shores of Necluda and Lanayru Seas. |

Kiana will give you a Purple Rupee for delivering the ingredients to her.
She will also give you a share of the Seafood Paella that she made with the ingredients.
