Obtain Octo Balloons from Octoroks for this quest. Hold 2 Octo Balloons and drop them beside one of the barrels. Let the barrel float and Shamae will give you a Star Fragment as thanks. |
Shamae will give you a Star Fragment after you successfully attach 2 Octo Balloons to a barrel.
