You can find the shrine a small distance north of Lurelin Village on top of a small, rocky hill.

Stand on the platform with the metal block. Use Magnesis on the block and place it on the opposite platform to reach the next area. Use Magnesis on the block again and bring it with you to the next area.
2 Destroy the Guardian Scout in this area.

Use Magnesis on the block and lift it up the left metal fence. Drop it on the switch to open the gate. Bring the block into the next area with the scale puzzle.

Place the metal block on the lower right platform so that Link can reach it and climb on it. This causes the opposite platform on the left side to extend upwards.

Place the metal block on the left platform to extend the one Link is standing on upwards. Jump to the upper right platform. Alternatively, you can put the metal block on the upper right platform first then put the block on the lower left platform for better reach.

Use Magnesis on the metal block and place it on the upper left platform opposite to the one Link is standing on.
7 Head up the shrine area and examine the altar to receive a Spirit Orb.

Place the metal block on the lower left platform so that Link can reach it.

Do the same on the upper left platform to lock it in place.

Use the metal block to head up the upper left platform. Use Magnesis to and place the metal block on the platform to reach the chest.
