The best locaation for farming Electric Safflinas is the West Gerudo Ruins. Travel to the Rin Oyaa Shrine and turn on your Sheikah Sensor to track nearby Electric Safflinas.

With the Sheikah Sensor turned on, we found 14 Cool Safflinas around the area.

Gerudo Great Skeleton

You can also farm Electric Safflinas at the Gerudo Great Skeleton. Travel to the Hawa Koth Shrine and collect the Safflinas around the Great Fairy Fountain.

You'll also be able to farm a few Warm Safflinas, Electric Safflinas, and Endura Carrots.
