The Sheikah of ancient Hyrule developed this as a weapon to combat Ganon. This flying model is an improvement over the walking type, capable of either attacking or surveying from the air. Destroying the propeller will ground it. |

Momentarily stop the attack of the Guardian Skywatcher by hitting its eye. A perfect hit on the eye using an Ancient Arrow will deal a ton of damage and can instantly kill it.
You can use Statis to stop the movement of the Guardian Skywatcher for 2 seconds. It will help you aim freely for its eye and other weak spots.
Use updrafts to glide upwards and shoot the Guardian Skywatcher using a bow and arrow. Aiming while gliding will put you into slow motion, and it gives you more time to aim for the Guardian Skywatcher's weak spots. Just remember to keep an eye on your stamina while doing this!
It will be a shooting battle when facing a Guardian Skywatcher, so be sure to stock up some bows and arrows before fighting it. Bomb Arrows and Ancient Arrows are the best arrows to use against the Guardian Skywatchers.
Destroy all the Guardian Skywatacher's propellers to make it fall to the ground. A good 2-3 hits using Bomb Arrows is enough to destroy one of its propellers.
Once all the propellers are destroyed, the Guardian Skywatcher will fall to the ground and become defenseless.
It is best to use the Master Sword to attack while it's grounded, as it deals more damage against guardians. You can also equip the Ancient Armor set if you have it, as it can give you 80% more damage to guardians if you're using ancient gear (plus it has very high defensive stats when upgraded).
Look carefully and get used to its laser attack to increase your success rate in parrying it. Also, always remember to put your shield up when parrying an attack to avoid getting damaged.
It is wise to prepare extra shields if you're planning to parry all of the Guardian Skywatcher's laser attacks. Your shield will break if you fail to parry the Guardian Skywatcher's laser. Stocking up some shields won't hurt you, so be sure to do so!
Note: Only use this method if you are confident in your parrying skill, as an improperly timed parry can lead to death.
