Revive Teammates with E on Keyboard or X on XBox Controller

Hold X on XBox Controller

Walking up to a downed teammate and interacting with them with your interact button will cause you to start reviving them. Once the bar is filled up, they will get up and be revived.

By default, these buttons are E on your keyboard and X on an XBox controller.

Clear The Wave

Alternatively, if you cannot get close to revive your teammates, finishing off all the enemies in the wave will auto-revive your teammates, bypassing the need for the revival process entirely.

Killing Floor 3 Unknown Skill IconHealing Hands Medic 2 Ally revivals are 50% faster.
Reviving allies heals them for additional 10 health.
Killing Floor 3 Unknown Skill IconSocial Distancing Medic 20 Shooting down allies with your weapon's healing effects heals their bleed out health for 140% of your weapon's standard healing.
Restoring their bleed-out health to full will revive them.
Killing Floor 3 Unknown Skill IconUrgent Care Medic 28 Downed allies inside Biotic Grenade gas cloud have their bleed out paused and are healed for 3 bleed out health each second.

Killing Floor 3 Unknown Skill IconResuscitator Medic 30 Sanctum field expansion blast revives down allies and healls all allies within the blast radius for 20 health.

Certain Medic skills in the game such as Social Distancing, Urgent Care, and Resuscitator lets you revive allies from range or passively. Healing Hands gives bonus effects and speeds up the revive process.

These skills all provide alternate or improved ways to revive your teammates, and can work in tandem with each other to make it easier to keep your allies from the brink of death.

How to Revive Teammates

One of the trophies in the game called Designated Revivor requires you to revive a downed teammate.

Simply walk up and use your revive key and bring your teammate back on their feet in order to earn this trophy.
