Respec or Prestige is Unavailable

Currently, there is no possible way to respec or Prestige your skill upgrades in Killing Floor 3. Respec would allow you to reallocate upgrades that you've done.

Prestige would allow you to reset your Perks progress to Lvl 0 in exchange for unique rewards.

Is There a Prestige System?

Killing Floor 3 Does Not Have One

With no way to respec or prestige, any upgrades you do cannot be reversed. Plan your upgrades and see what you need more based on your playstyle or on the best builds for your Specialist.
