Press the Tool Hotkey to Drop a Bag

To use the Syringe Bag, make sure you have it equipped, then use the dedicated hotkey for tools to drop one bag. Each Syringe Bag holds one Syringe which your allies can pick up to use it for themselves. Alternatively, you can also use the bag yourself to get out of a stinky situation.
