How To Toggle Sprint

Change in Controls Settings

Hold down R3/RS for Controllers and hold down Shift for PC, and you will continue sprinting until you are no longer pressing the key.

You can change this sprint behavior in Settings for the controller so that you can toggle it from holding down the button to a single press. For PC, you can instead press T to sprint without holding down the key.
