The Queen Crawler's weak points are the multiple glowing spots located in its hind, and another inside its mouth. Focus on attacking these points to deal higher damage to Queen Crawler, especially when Zed Time is active.
During the final phase, the hind disappears, lessening the weak points available to shoot. In its place is a singular glowing spot located directly behind the Queen Crawler.
Use Heat Damage If Available
If available, focus on using Heat Damage with weapons like the Incinerator M7 or guns modded with Incendiary Rounds or Shells.
Shoot Web Traps and Eggs
Queen Crawler will spew eggs and web traps, spawning Crawler Larvae when left alone. Destroy these when they appear to lessen the pressure and clean up the battlefield.
How to Beat Crawler Larva and Weaknesses
Avoid the Mire Portals in Phase 2
Queen Crawler enters her final phase upon reaching half health. During this phase, Queen Crawler starts creating Mire portals that they can use for travel and spawning more Larvae.
Watch your footing and avoid these portals as the Queen Crawler may appear from them, dealing high damage to allies upon emerging.
Maintain Distance and Remain Mobile
As a general tip, it is recommended to maintain a distance from the Queen Crawler at all times and remain mobile throughout the fight. Utilize ziplines within the vicinity or sliding for positioning.
When the boss is targeting an ally, they tend to perform quick lunges that may be hard to avoid at close range, or jump attacks that deal AoE damage upon landing. Parry the lunges if possible, or focus on finding a better position first before shooting to avoid being downed.
