The roadmap for Killing Floor 3 was dropped on July 23, 2025. The announcement featured upcoming content for 2025 and 2026, such as the Rearmament Update and Season 2.
Year 1 Content Roadmap (2025)
Rearmament Update
- Perk and Specialist Decoupling
- New Weapons and Mods
- Quality of Life Updates
- Performance Improvements
The Rearmament Update coming this 2025 includes a decoupling of Perks from Specialists, likely allowing players to mix and match Specialists and Perks. In addition to the huge mechanic update, we're getting new weapons, mods, quality of life updates, and performance improvements for the game.
An official announcement confirmed that the Rearmament Update will arrive at Fall 2025.

The Season 2 update for Killing Floor 3 will release this 2025. The new Specialist, DJ Scully, will be released this Season. We're also getting a new Map, Zed, Weapons, Mods, and Assignment Campaign will be added to the game.
According to the Future Seasons Deluxe Pass DLC, the Season 2 update is targeted to release during Winter 2025.

Killing Floor 3 will have its Season 3 update some time during 2026. We'll get a new map, Weapons, Mods, Enemies, and an Assignment Campaign.
Season 3 has a targeted release schedule of Spring 2026 according to the Future Seasons DLC. Note that this is not fixed, and the developers will have more updates regarding this update as the schedule draws near.
Season 4
- New Perk: Gunslinger
- New Map
- New Boss
- New Weapons and Mods
- New Assignment Campaign and Rewards
Season 4 for Killing Floor 3 releases in 2026. The update will include the new Gunslinger Perk, as well as a new map, boss, weapons, Mods, and assignment campaign.
The Deluxe Pass DLC detailed that Season 4 is scheduled for a Summer 2026 release. More details of this update will be announced as the targeted release date approaches.
Will There Be DLCs?
No DLC Announced
The roadmap did not announce any future DLC that will be added in Killing Floor 3. However, the Deluxe Pass DLCs currently available include Supply Passes all the way to Season 4, the latest season announced in the roadmap.
