Certain skills in Killing Floor 3 can apply affliction to enemies. Also, ammunition mods allow you to change a weapon's damage type and add afflictions.

What could be added to this page is a detailed description for how exactly afflictions behave. What difference does 10 more panic affliction do? For how long does an enemy burn or bleed? How is that time or damage affected by more burn or bleed being afflicted to an enemy? Does each hit with affliction behave as its own DoT debuff to the enemy, or is a set tick damage for a duration that is enlonged depending on the total amount of affliction? Etc.

I have done some testing with confusion. +50 confusion does take half as many hits to cause the debuff as +25. Easy enough. I tried to see if it scaled with damage. Increasing a weapon’s damage (with +damage% attachment) didn’t seem to have an effect, but there was a difference in amount of time on different weapons. (Throwing stars vs Kunai). Throwing one Kunai seemed to apply almost double the amount of confusion per hit than throwing stars with both having +25 Confusion.
