Syringe is an item in Killing Floor 3 (KF3) that recovers your health. Check out how to get and use Syringes and its effects here!
List of Contents

The main way to get Syringe is by finishing an active wave and heading to the trader. A single refill will cost you 70 dosh for each syringe up to a maximum of 3. Some Perk skills will also let you increase the maximum amount of Syringes you can have.

Another way to get syringes is by interacting with a tool called Syringe Bag. You can buy these bags in the Trader and each bag costs 120 Dosh. You can hold up to a maximum of two Syringe Bags.
If you have it as your tool, you can deploy the bag by pressing the hotkey for tools to drop one. You can place up to two deployable bag, with each bag containing a single syringe that you or your teammates can use.
Syringe Bag Effects and How to Use

To use a Syringe, you can press the tool button's dedicated keybind which is Q on Keyboard or Down on Dpad. Once used, you will start healing and your HP bar will start to go back up.
It's recommended that in situations that you have a Medic in your team that you only use Syringes in dire situations since unlike the previous game, Syringes have limited uses in this iteration of the game.
Best Medic (Obi) Builds and Skills
Skills for some Perks can use Syringe to buff themselves up. Commando's A Real Rager in particular can increase their movement speed, weapon damage, and bash damage for 20 seconds upon using a Syringe.
