Choose the Tool Before a Match

If you already want to use the Multi-Tool at the start of a match, make sure to select it before a match starts.

Buy From the Trader

Trader Screen

If you want to equip the Multi-Tool in the middle of a match, you can do so by interacting with a Trader after a wave!

How to Use Multi-Tool

Use on Armor Lockers and Doors

You can use the Multi-Tool as a way to open certain locked doors, and more importantly, Armor Lockers, which you can spot randomly during a mission! These armor chests contain valuable armors inside which you can equip or sell, should you find yourself needing funds to purchase something from the Trader Pod.

Enable Ziplines

To can also use the Multi-Tool on Ziplines by interacting with them to enable them. Ziplines are a faster and more efficient way to move around areas, to help you reach the end of each mission sandboxes, or escape a massive horde of Zeds!

Activate Turrets

The Multi-tool can be used to activate turrets scattered around a map as well!
