Enter Forest's Edge Cavern, east of the Wish Pass Office Warp Spire. After defeating the Esslings, bounce on the bird trampoline to the right, then drop down to the right where you'll see another bird trampoline below. The path forward leads to two more bird trampolines, both leading to a chest guarded by Esslings. Defeat them and continue jumping through the cavern clockwise to locate the Whimstar. |

Go southwest from the Stylist's Guild and you can find Stray Hatter. They will sell you the last 8 Whimstars for this region.
Make sure to save up Bling when buying from the Hatter, as each Whimstar is more expensive than the last!
