I spent an hour on the second battle on normal.
It also depends on the difficulty. Higher difficulty means it takes more time to chip down health of enemies. I played on very high and it took me around 80 hours to complete, this included all chest, korok seeds, side quest, upgrades and 100% every region. For the last korok seeds I even used a guide, if I tried to find the last ones myself it would have taken even longer.
I'm at 65 hours and still need to find all the korok seeds, and do a lot of missions again to complete the side icons.
I think it'd take most people far more than just 30 hours to do everything. I'm already at 25 or so and only halfway through the story missions. Probably closer to 40-60 on average.
