Moragia does not appear to have any particular weakness, but attacking using the provided Cannon and Rocket Zonai devices should be able to deplete the Weak-Point Gauges of Moragia's heads.

Use Zonai Devices to Destroy the Large Boulder

Once Moragia starts forming a giant boulder, wait for it to finish, then bombard it with attacks using your ZL and ZR Zonai devices. This should destroy the boulder and allow you to perform a Weak-Point Smash, quickly reducing Moragia's HP.

Deflecting a Boulder Back to Moragia

As you fly around Moragia, attack it using either your Cannon or your Rocket Zonai devices. Moragia will also be attacking you as you fly.

Press the B button to dodge its fire-breath attack. However, if it attacks by throwing a boulder at you, you can deflect it back when you use the B button at the right time thanks to your Fan Zonai device.
