Unlock Zelda as a Playable Character
The first condition to unlock “There must be more we can do...” is to add Zelda to your roster as a playable character.
Zelda is unlocked after completing To the Great Plateau.
Zelda Combat Guide and How to Unlock
After Clearing Where Ancient Wisdom Sleeps in Chapter 1
You'll also need to complete Where Ancient Wisdom Sleeps in the main story to unlock “There must be more we can do...”. This Aside Quest will then be available after completing its other prerequisites.
