Seeking to improve their teamwork in combat, Lady Qia, Lord Agraston, Lord Raphica, and Lady Ardi are planning to hold a series of two-on-two mock battles. That sounds rather strenuous to me, so I'd like to give them some ingredients to help soothe their inevitable fatigue.
