Toward the Future is a Post-Game quest requires all 10 Lenalia's Sketches obtained by completing the other quests in the same quest category.
These quests are completed by achieving 100% completion on their respective region, which means completing Toward the Future essentially marks a 100% game completion. Region completion progress can be viewed on the upper right portion of the Hyrule map if you hover over a region. This is illustrated by a turquoise bar and icons of people.

The reward for collecting all Lenalia's Sketches and completing Toward the Future is an alternate credits sequence. A special quest icon will appear on the Central Hyrule Region after completing this quest which you can click to view the special credits sequence.
