You can purchase Amber by exchanging it for 240 Rupees in the shop.
You can get Amber by purchasing it from the Tusk and Talon shop in-exchange for 10 Poe.
Just make sure that you have the Amber set in your sensor as it'll have a better chance of appearing in their shop if you do.

Amber can be used to increase your buffs when setting up camps. Try using other supply materials to further raise your buffs for battles and challenges.

Amber can be used to raise a weapons' level cap to the max possible limit.

Amber can be used to remove a seal or all of the seals attached to a weapon. Note that you will require a significant amount of materials to remove them.
Amber can be sold through services for Rupees. Selling a single Amber will net you 48 Rupees.
