Rushrooms can be used to increase your buffs when setting up camps. Try using other supply materials to further raise your buffs for battles and challenges.

Rushrooms can be used to raise a weapons' level cap to the max possible limit.

Rushrooms can be used to remove a seal or all of the seals attached to a weapon. Note that you will require a significant amount of materials to remove them.
Rushrooms can be sold through services for Rupees. Selling a single Rushroom will net you 4 Rupees.
