Buy From the Tusk and Talon Shop
You can get Endura Shrooms by purchasing it from the Tusk and Talon shop in-exchange for 20 Poe.
Just make sure that you have the Endura Shroom set in your sensor as it'll have a better chance of appearing in their shop if you do.

Used to Raise the Weapon Level Limit
Endura Shrooms can be used to raise a weapons' level cap to the max possible limit.
Used to Remove Seals From Weapons
Endura Shrooms can be used to remove a seal or all of the seals attached to a weapon. Note that you will require a significant amount of materials to remove them.
Can Be Sold For Rupees Through Services
Endura Shrooms can be sold through services for Rupees. Selling a single Endura Shroom will net you 9 Rupees.
