Splash Fruits can be used to raise a weapons' level cap to the max possible limit.

Splash Fruits can be used to remove a seal or all of the seals attached to a weapon. Note that you will require a significant amount of materials to remove them.
Splash Fruits can be sold through services for Rupees. Selling a single Splash Fruit will net you 4 Rupees.
