Double Points (Cul-De-Sac, Present)
The Double Points is behind the ruined red house in the Cul-de-Sac in the present. You can peek through the hole on the right side of the house near the spawn point.
Max Armor (Cul-De-Sac, Present)
The Max Armor is inside the school bus in the middle of the Cul-de-Sac in the present. Stand on top of the truck next to it to shoot the Max Armor on one of the front seats of the bus.
Max Ammo (Cul-De-Sac, Past)
The Max Ammo is on top of the green generator just behind the Arsenal machine in the Cul-de-Sac in the past.
Full Power (Green House Upstairs, Past)
The Full Power is in the bedroom of the Green House Upstairs in the past, behind the stacked couch and the bloody cabinet on the bed.
Nuke (Cul-De-Sac, Past)
The Nuke is on top of the doomsday clock behind the “Welcome to Nuketown” sign in the Cul-de-Sac in the past. You can stand on top of the truck or school bus to get a better view of the Nuke.
Insta-Kill (Green House Deck, Past)
The Insta-Kill is in an out-of-bounds backyard on the western side of the map in the past. Head to the Green House Deck and look south. You can see and shoot the Insta-Kill on the red barbecue grill near the fence from there.
Bonus Points (Trinity Ave, Present)
The Bonus Points is in the ruined pink house south of Trinity Ave in the present, to the left of the Pack-a-Punch machine. There is no exact spot to shoot, but throwing a grenade or Semtex into the hole in the house will spawn the Bonus Points.
Fire Sale (Cul-De-Sac, Present)
The Fire Sale will only appear after getting every other free powerup. It is on the upper left side of the ruined Yellow Building in the present. Stand near where you got the free Double Points in the Cul-de-Sac and you can see the Fire Sale in the second-floor window of the Yellow Building.
Random Perk (Yellow House Upstairs, Past)
The Random Perk will also appear only after you have obtained all the other free powerups. Head to the Yellow House Upstairs in the past, and you can see the Random Perk on top of a cabinet behind the bunk bed in the bedroom.
