The Carbon 57 SMG sports a high ammo count at the cost of lower damage. At the base level, preferred improvements are made for ADS speed and movement speed. In the Gunfighter setup, further movement speed is increased along with additional damage range and recoil control.

A larger ammo count is achieved through the Prestige Attachment 60 Round Extended Mag+ (MFS Renown Plus Mag). With some drawbacks, it also greatly increases Aim Walking, Sprint, and Movement Speed.

If you don't have the Prestige Attachment yet, you can go with any of the two other available magazines depending on your preference.

You can opt for the Gunfighter Wildcard to use up to 8 attachments.

The Carbon 57 SMG can perform well in most close-range run-and-gun setups. Preference is made to a Scout Hybrid Setup for the use of the Suppressor and Active Camo, but you can also choose to go with a full Enforcer setup with perks like Dexterity or Gung Ho.
