This Razor 9mm build makes use of improvement towards recoil control and handling. The gun has the highest fire rate of the SMGs, but as a result also generates a lot of recoil, so you'll want to focus on mitigating that aspect to make it more comfortable to use.
The Gunfighter builds doubles down more on recoil control while also being able to fit in improvements to movement speed. The build works best with the Prestige Attachment Stable Bullet Velocity Barrel (12" MFS Sidewinder Barrel), but if you do not have it yet, you can use Recoil Springs as a substitute.

You can opt for the Gunfighter Wildcard to use up to 8 attachments.
The Razor 9mm benefits from a run-and-gun setup, so you'll want to make use of Enforcer Specialty perks that help increase your mobility with the weapon, especially since it creates a lot of recoil. But feel free to adjust depending on your playstyle.
