The Ryden 45K is a great all-around SMG that can use a build focused on either ADS speed and movement speed or hipfire spread. Gunfighter setups will allow more focus on these stats: the 1st setup improves heavily on ADS speed and recoil control, while the 2nd setup heavily leans toward hipfire spread and movement speed.
For the setup of Gunfighter 2, Gung Ho is recommended as your Perk 1 to enable firing while sprinting, since this setup improves a lot on Sprinting and Diving movement on top of all the hipfire spread stat increases.

The Ryden 45K favors an equipment and perk setup that supports run-and-gun gameplay. For this, the Enforcer Specialty perks focusing on movement are suggested. When building towards a hipfire setup, Gung Ho is recommended.
